I had best customer service experience here for the first time. I visited this place on April 4,2024. Jazz was assigned to me as a service provider. He listened to me and then explained every thing with pricing. It hardly took 1-30 hour which usually takes whole day for same service at different locations. They had soft drinks , coffee and pop corn machine for customers. They also provided shuttle in case you need .

If you’re shopping for a new car you NEED to call Kirk at Orangeville VW! I spent the last couple weeks shopping around for the best price on my new 2024 Atlas and nobody could beat the deal that Kirk gave me. He made the entire process very simple even though I live over an hour away. He was able to answer all of my questions over phone and text messaging and even gave me a break down of the pricing options through a video call which made it feel as if I was at the dealership. I never even had to go to the dealership until I picked up the car!! What has been great is how much he has followed up after we’ve picked up the vehicle, too. He just wants to make sure we are loving it and we don’t have any questions about the car. A 5/5 great experience with Orangeville Volkswagen. 10/10 stars to Jacob O. who helped me find the perfect car!!! I am not a fan of car shopping or test driving cars. It took the unfortunate timing of my car transmission being destroyed to get me into a dealership. If you feel the same way. Please find Jacob!!! I am very grateful that we were able to work with such a kind and experienced salesperson. With his hospitality, knowledge and patience - we felt sincerely cared for and not pushed or pressured. Within a two weeks we were able to find a car, sign off and drive away. He went above and beyond to answer questions and worked with our preferences and requests.
